One system instead of seven
Odoo is a full ERP, and your team gets the working core of it on day one.
- Sales and CRM. The pipeline, the opportunity, the quote, and the signed order, in one place with one history.
- Invoicing. Quotes become invoices without being retyped, and what is owed to you is a report rather than a reconstruction.
- Purchasing and Inventory. What you bought, what arrived, what is on the shelf, and what it cost you.
- Projects and Timesheets. Hours land against the work they belong to, so a project’s real margin is visible while you can still do something about it.
- Employees. People, roles and records, connected to the work rather than parked in a separate directory.
This is upstream Odoo, not a reduced copy of it. Your team learns the same product the rest of the world uses, with the same documentation and the same enormous community behind it.
We run all of it
The operational half of an ERP is the half nobody quotes for. It is ours.
- We monitor it. Host-level security monitoring and platform monitoring run continuously, watched by people whose job that is.
- We patch it. A monthly cadence against a published SLA, with urgent fixes moved ahead of the queue rather than waiting for the calendar.
- We back it up. Every night, encrypted, and mirrored off the instance.
- We upgrade it. Major versions included, rehearsed first, on a published schedule.
There is nothing here for your team to install, schedule, or remember.

It runs in a named United States region on hardware Open Edge owns and operates. Not a reseller arrangement layered on top of somebody else’s cloud, and not a shared application everyone logs into.
Sign in with the account your team already uses
Nobody needs another password.
Your Odoo uses single sign-on with the account your staff already sign in with everywhere else. Accounts are created from directory role membership and removed when that role is, so bringing someone on and taking someone off is one action in the place you already do it, not a separate errand somebody forgets.
Backups we have actually restored
A backup nobody has restored is a belief, not a control.
- Nightly backups of the database and the document filestore.
- Encrypted before they are written, with AES-256 and a passphrase unique to your instance.
- Mirrored off the instance, into storage that belongs to your own project, so losing the machine does not mean losing the business records.
- Restores are rehearsed. We have taken a real populated database out of the off-instance copy and confirmed the records, the user accounts and the sign-in all came back intact.
Current this month, and still current in five years
The quiet failure mode of self-hosted ERP is not a crash. It is drift. Security fixes stop being applied because nobody owns the job, and the version slowly becomes one nobody dares to move, until a business decision starts waiting on an upgrade.
Both halves of that are ours.
Security fixes arrive on a schedule. A monthly patch cadence, against a published patch SLA with defined severity tiers and remediation windows, so the timeline is something you can hold us to rather than something you hope about. Critical and actively exploited vulnerabilities are fast-tracked rather than waiting for the next monthly window.
And we check that your instance is actually running the fix. Whether we published a build and whether your business is running it are two different facts, and only the second one protects you. We track the version your instance is actually on. Most hosting arrangements measure the first fact, report it as the second, and quietly leave you on the build you were provisioned with.
Major versions are included and rehearsed. We have taken a populated database from Odoo 18 to Odoo 19 with the business data intact, rehearsed against a copy before anything live was touched. We run at most one major version behind current, so you are never on a release the world has moved past, and we offer the upgrade within nine months of an upstream major release. Every customer’s upgrade is rehearsed against that customer’s own backup first.

Nothing owed to Odoo, and nothing locking you in
Managed Odoo is built on Odoo Community, which is open source under LGPL-3. There is no Odoo Enterprise subscription and no per-user licence fee to Odoo.
It is also portable by construction. It is upstream Odoo under an open licence, so a customer who leaves takes a standard database with them. There is no proprietary layer of ours wrapped around your data, and nothing to unpick if you ever want it somewhere else.
We would rather keep you because the service is good.

Businesses of roughly 20 to 200 people that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and that would rather buy an outcome than hire someone to babysit a server.
In practice that has meant professional services firms, manufacturers, contractors, logistics operators and managed service providers. It fits particularly well if:

Every engagement is quoted directly, built around your business rather than a tier table. 3. Provisioning. Your instance is built through our own automation on a hardened image, with your domain, your certificate, your sign-in and your backup storage configured as part of the build. 4. Handover. You get your administrator credential once, and it is yours to change. 5. Operation. We monitor it, patch it, back it up and upgrade it, from then on.
Questions we get asked
Can you move our existing Odoo across? Usually yes, including from self-hosted setups and from other hosting providers. Bring it to the call and we will tell you what is involved.
Do we have to buy anything from Odoo? No. Managed Odoo is built on Odoo Community, so there is no Enterprise subscription and no per-user licence fee to Odoo.
Who do we call when something is wrong? Us. One number for the application and the infrastructure underneath it, which is the whole point.
What if we want to leave? You take a standard database with you. It is upstream Odoo under an open licence.
